Beatles in the Top 10 among 12-24 year old’s

Asked what are your five favorite musical artists or groups….the Beatles game in #7. Interesting that Eminem was #1. The same survey was taken a decade ago (2000)…Eminem was #1 then too.

I can vouch for this…my 14 year old plays Elenore Rigby, and Strawberry Fields (and more) on the way to school every morning. Amazing.

When my kids asked me to DJ the school dance I said yes! Your site and all the info on trends and what not to play saved me. The kids had fun, the adults had fun and so did I.

I remember back in 2003 a study by the Neilsen company found that a third the sales of “Beatles 1″ were to new fans between the ages of 19 and 24.
